*FEES ARE $20 PER VEHICLE INCLUDES (2) EVENT WRISTBANDS
Car Clubs can reserve an entire row in advance but need to contact Chris at 385-478-6045 and payment needs to be made before Aug 15th and list how many vehicles and row wanted to reserve.
(we will not accepting late registration the day of event you must register prior to day of event )
payments must be made two weeks before event date if not you will not be able to enter carshow

This Vendor Non-Refundable Disclosure Agreement ("Agreement") is made effective as of the day of payment of invoice, by and between Numotion Productions, ("Event Organizer"), and ("Vendor")
Organizer is hosting an event named Mexican Independence celebration is scheduled to take place on:
Sept 20th 2024 Located at the Valley Fair Mall 3601 s 2700 s west valley city in the JC penny parking lot
vendors are to check in on the east entrance
Check in is between 12:30 pm - 2:00 pm after 2:00 pm you will not be able to check in and participate in the event you would be considered a no show if you are late or no show you will not be able to receive a refund no exceptions!
Tear down is at 9:00 pm once the event ends all vendors must tear down and vacate the property no later than 10:00 pm. Please be kind and pick up any trash in your area.
Vendor desires to participate in the Event as a vendor by renting vendor space from Organizer; Now, therefore, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants contained herein, the parties agree as follows:
1. Vendor Space Rental: Organizer agrees to provide Vendor with ("Vendor Space") at the Event location for the purpose of selling/promoting ("Products/Services").
2. Non-Refundable Payment: Vendor shall pay Organizer a non-refundable fee of above said Amount ("Fee") for the Vendor Space. The Fee shall be payable in full upon signing of this Agreement. Payment must be received by the due date specified in the invoice. If payment is not received by the due date, Vendor's spot will be surrendered, and the Vendor Space may be given to the next person on a first-come, first-served basis. Reminder: No spot will be saved or guaranteed unless the invoice is paid in full by the due date.
3. Space Limitation: Due to high demand for vendor space, Organizer's availability is limited. Therefore, Vendor understands and agrees that once the Fee is paid and Vendor Space is reserved, Organizer shall not refund the Fee for any reason, including but not limited to Vendor's cancellation, inability to attend the Event, or any other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Use of Vendor Space: Vendor shall only use the Vendor Space for the purpose of selling/promoting the agreed-upon Products/Services. Vendor shall not sublease, share, or assign the Vendor Space to any third party without the prior written consent of Organizer.
5. Compliance with Laws: Vendor shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances while utilizing the Vendor Space during the Event.
6. Indemnification: Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold Organizer harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or related to Vendor's use of the Vendor Space or Vendor's breach of any provision of this Agreement.
7. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to such subject matter.
8. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Utah , without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
Note: invoice will be sent via email once your registration is received you have 1 week to respond to invoice or you spot will be surrendered to the next person in line we are limited due to a high volume of inquires of vendors so please respond in a timely manner
